Where are my CRM data stored?
In chrome.storage.local inside your Chrome profile. JSON backup lets you export and restore the complete Lite data set.
Can I import existing contacts?
Yes. Lite supports CSV contact import and JSON backup and restore.
Can I send personalized messages to multiple clients?
Yes. Select recipients, review the personalized preview and explicitly confirm a controlled interval campaign.
Does Chrome need to stay running during a campaign?
Yes. Chrome and the signed-in WhatsApp Web tab must remain available while the campaign is processed.
Can I use WA Manager Lite without WA Manager Desktop?
Yes. Lite is a standalone Chrome extension.
