Privacy Policy

WA Manager Lite is a Chrome extension that adds local client-management tools beside WhatsApp Web. This policy describes version 1.0.0.

Data processed

The extension processes client records you create or import, configurable CRM fields, matching identities visible for the active WhatsApp chat, campaign drafts, recipient data, progress, history and technical campaign diagnostics. It does not provide AI or voice-transcription services and does not collect private message history as a CRM feature.

Where data is stored

Lite data is stored locally in chrome.storage.local in your Chrome profile. Complete JSON backups and CSV exports are created only when you request them and are saved through Chrome’s download mechanism.

Network activity

Version 1.0 operates against the WhatsApp Web tab selected by the user. WA Manager Lite does not send its CRM database, campaign history or diagnostics to a WA4APP server. It includes no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking SDK.

Permissions

• sidePanel displays the Lite interface.
• storage saves local clients, settings and campaign state.
• scripting and access to https://web.whatsapp.com/* connect the side panel to WhatsApp Web.
• alarms resumes controlled campaign intervals.
• downloads creates user-requested CSV and JSON exports.

Control and deletion

You can export your data, replace it from a backup, delete individual clients, or remove the extension and its Chrome storage through Chrome. Downloaded backups remain under your control.
